- 1 can peas (small, firm type)
- 1 can water
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can biscuits, cut in quarters
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Empty peas into medium-size pan.

2Add can of water.

3Bring to a boil.

4Drop in pieces of biscuits, one at a time.

5Reduce heat to low.

6Cook until dumplings are done, approximately 10 minutes. Remove from heat.

7Add butter, salt and pepper.

8Serve.
