- 2 Tbsp. bacon drippings or can use oil
- salt to taste
- 6 to 8 new potatoes
Directions

1Pull strings from peas.

2Break in half.

3Cook over medium heat until almost done, about 3/4 of an hour.

4Scrub new potatoes with a brush or rough dish cloth.

5Rinse and put on top of peas.

6Cook until tender, about 20 minutes longer.
