  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • speck of pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. dried marjoram
  • 2 Tbsp. sherry
  • 2 c. cooked peas

    Heat butter in a skillet.

    Saute mushrooms and onions about 5 minutes, or until tender.
