Salmon Mousse

- 1 lb. can Alaskan salmon
- 1/4 onion
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 envelope Knox gelatin
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. half and half
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- chopped fresh dill
Directions

1In blender, blend onion, water, gelatin and lemon juice. Remove bones from salmon and blend into onion mix.

2Add half and half, mayonnaise and dill.

3Place in a greased mold and refrigerate.

4Unmold.

5Serve with a mixture of 1/2 sour cream, 1/3 mayonnaise and chopped fresh dill.
