Salmon Mousse

  • 1 lb. can Alaskan salmon
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 envelope Knox gelatin
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 c. half and half
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • chopped fresh dill

Directions

    In blender, blend onion, water, gelatin and lemon juice. Remove bones from salmon and blend into onion mix.

    Add half and half, mayonnaise and dill.

    Place in a greased mold and refrigerate.

    Unmold.

    Serve with a mixture of 1/2 sour cream, 1/3 mayonnaise and chopped fresh dill.
