- 2 cans water chestnuts, drained and sliced
- 1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts, drained
- 1 small can mushrooms, drained
- 3 (small size) pkg. frozen peas, thawed only
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 can French fried onion rings
Directions

1Whip soup with wire whisk.

2Add all ingredients, except onions.

3Put in long buttered casserole; top with onions.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

5Chicken or cooked shrimp can be added to make a main dish.
