- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
- 1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts
- 1 (1 lb.) can bean sprouts
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onion rings
Directions

1Barely cook and drain peas.

2Add soup.

3Drain and slice water chestnuts.

4Drain bean sprouts.

5Saute mushrooms in butter.

6Mix all together and bake 30 minutes.

7Top with onion rings and bake 15 minutes more when ready to serve.

8Will serve 6 to 8.
