  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 12 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 12 cups chopped pecans

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and butter until well blended, slowly add the flour.

    Press mixture into a 9x9 inch square baking dish or pan.

    For the filling: In a medium bowl, mix egg and brown sugar and slowly add chopped pecans.

    Pour over crust and bake 20 to 25 minutes.

    Allow to cool and then cut into squares.
