- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 2 c. pecans
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. soda
Directions

1In a large pan add sugar, corn syrup and water. Cook until mixture forms hard ball when dropped in cold water.

2Add to syrup mixture the pecans and butter.

3Cook until butter browns. Add soda. Pour into buttered pan. While hot, spread thin. When cool, break into pieces.
