Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. pecans, broken
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1In saucepan, heat sugar, corn syrup, salt and water.

2Bring to boil.

3Add nuts.

4Cook until it reaches 300°.

5Remove from heat.

6Add butter and baking soda.
-
7Pour at once onto lightly greased cookie sheet.

8With two forks, spread mixture.
-
9Let cool, then break into pieces.

10Store in airtight container.
