  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 29 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans
  • 1 (15 ounce) can white beans
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
  • 1 (15 ounce) can chili beans
  • 1 onion, Diced
  • 2 (4 ounce) cans diced green chilies
  • 14 cup celery, Diced
  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomatoes, Diced
  • 1 -2 tablespoon cumin
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 12 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet chili seasoning mix (optional)

Directions

    Brown meat and drain.

    Combine all ingredients and bring to a simmer.

    Cook over low heat for 2 3 hours.
