- 1 c. white syrup
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 c. pecans
- dash of salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Combine syrup, sugar, pecans and salt together in a pot and cook on small burner, stirring constantly.

2When it comes to a boil, cook for 12 minutes.

3Drop a pecan into cold water.

4If it is hard, then it is done.

5Stir in baking soda, it will foam up. Pour thin coat on aluminum foil.

6Do not spread out with spoon. After it cools, break into pieces.
