  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 c. flour
  • 3/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
  • 1 c. pecans, broken

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Let cool before serving.
