- 5 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 lb. seeded raisins
- 3 c. pecans
- 2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 6 slices candied pineapple
- 50 candied cherries
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add flour with nuts and fruit already in it.

3Add juice, a little at a time.

4Mix well.

5Bake in tube pan that has been lined with brown paper or foil.

6(I put a pan of water in oven.)

7Bake for 4 hours at 250°.

8Let cool before storing.
