- 1/2 lb. candied red cherries
- 1/2 lb. candied pineapple
- 1/2 lb. pitted dates
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 4 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 4 oz. flaked coconut
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
Directions

1Heat oven to 250°.

2Chop all fruit.

3Add fruit to large bowl. Sprinkle flour; toss to coat well.

4Add pecans and coconut.

5Toss to mix.

6Add sweetened milk; stir to mix well.

7(I use my hands.) Spoon evenly into greased tube pan.

8Bake in slow oven 1 1/2 hours.

9Wrap tightly in foil.

10Refrigerate.
