- 16 c. popped corn
- 5 c. pecan halves (or any nuts)
- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix popcorn and nuts in large baking pan.

2In a saucepan, combine butter, sugar and corn syrup.

3Bring to a boil.

4Cook for 5 minutes.

5Remove from heat.

6Add vanilla and baking soda.

7Pour over popcorn and nuts.

8Stir well.

9Bake in preheated 250° oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

10Makes 5 quarts.
