- 6 to 8 carrots
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. pecans
Directions

1Wash and cut carrots into 1/2-inch slices.

2Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole with butter and brown sugar.

3Cover and cook in microwave 10 minutes.

4Mix water and cornstarch until smooth. Stir into carrot mixture.

5Add pecans; cover and continue to cook 6 minutes.
