  • 1/2 cup Ritz cracker crumbs (about 16 crackers)

  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 pound catfish, cut into 1/2-inch fingerlike pieces
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
