- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 sticks butter or margarine
- 3 c. sifted plain flour
- cayenne pepper to taste
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Combine cheese and butter; cream thoroughly.

2Add cayenne pepper, flour and pecans.

3Mix thoroughly.

4Shape into rolls. Wrap in wax paper or aluminum foil.

5Refrigerate overnight.

6Slice 1/4-inch thick and bake in 350° oven for 12 to 15 minutes.

7Do not brown.
