- 1 stick margarine
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- pinch of salt
- whole pecan halves
Directions

1Melt margarine; add sugar and vinegar.

2Bring to boil; add the mixture to beaten eggs, salt and vanilla.

3Beat well.

4Pour into unbaked pie shell.

5Gently place pecans halves over the top of pie filling.

6Bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes.
