  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 tbsp. bourbon
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 prepared pie crust

    Preheat oven to 375F.

    Soak pecans in the bourbon.

    Set aside.

    In a mixing bowl, beat melted butter, sugar, and eggs until fluffy.

    Blend in syrup, vanilla, and salt.

    Stir in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
