- 2 c. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. golden raisins
- 4 c. chopped pecans
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Beat in eggs, one at a time.

3Add vanilla.

4Mix raisins, nuts and 1/4 cup flour.

5Sift remaining dry ingredients.

6Alternately fold in raisins, pecan mixture and dry ingredients into creamed mixture.

7Spoon into greased and paper lined pan.

8Bake at 300° for 1 hour and 50 minutes in 10-inch tube pan.

9Cool and remove from pan.
