Directions

   Beat egg

   stiff but not dry. Combine brown sugar, salt

   and flour and fold into egg white gradually.

   Stir in nuts

   drop from teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.

   Bake at 300° for 15 minutes.

    Remove from pan immediately.
