- 6 egg yolks
- 1 lb. chopped pecans
- 6 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Put wax paper on bottom of cookie sheet.

2Beat egg yolks (yellow part of egg) with sugar and vanilla until white, then add chopped pecans in mix.

3With a teaspoon, place mix on cookie sheet that is covered with wax paper (3-inch standard size cookie).

4Set oven to 300°.

5Bake for 20 minutes.

6(Cookies should look white.)
