  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 2 c. flour

Directions

    Combine butter, confectioners sugar and vanilla.

    Add nuts. Sift in flour and mix well.
  3. 3
    Drop the dough by teaspoons onto a lightly buttered baking sheet.
  4. 4
    Bake in 350° oven for 15minutes. Roll cookies in confectioners sugar while still hot.
  5. 5
    Roll again after cool.
