  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 3/4 c. shortening
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. coconut

Directions

    Blend together all ingredients. Roll into small balls and drop on an ungreased cookie sheet. Press down flat with finger. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar (optional) and bake at 325° for approximately 8 to 10 minutes. Makes about 8 dozen small cookies.
