- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. butter or oleo
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 oz. milk chocolate
Directions

1Coarsely chop 1 cup of pecans; finely chop other pecans. Reserve 1/2 cup for topping.

2Mix coarsely chopped and 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans with baking soda.
