- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 34 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 12 cup water
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 lb pecan halves
Directions

1In a large saucepan combine sugars, water, salt and spices.

2Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

3Boil 3-5 minutes.

4Stir in pecans until completely coated with mixture.

5Pour coated pecans onto waxed paper.

6Let cool.

7Refrigerate pecans several hours until hardened.
