- 1 lb Asparagus Scraps
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves, chopped
- 1 Qt Chicken stock
- 1/4 C Heavy Cream
- Salt
- White Pepper
- Dash of Cumin
Directions

1Saute onion and garlic cloves in a little bit of oil till very soft.

2Add asparagus scraps and chick stock and boil for about 30 minutes.

3Puree the crap out of it.

4Strain into a smaller pot.

5Add heavy cream, salt, white pepper, a dash of cumin.

6If it is not thick enough add roux.
