  • 1 lb. pecan halves
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg white, beaten stiff
  • 1 Tbsp. water

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

    Line a jelly loaf pan with aluminum foil. Spread pecans on foil.

    Bake in 325° oven for 45 minutes, turning every 15 minutes.

    Remove from oven and cool. Store in airtight container.
