  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 handful shelled pecans
  • Fresh parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • Paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • 1 lb. tilapia or other white fish
  • Salt & pepper
  • Olive oil

Directions

    Pulse bread, pecans and parsley in food processor.

    Whisk egg and milk.

    Mix flour, paprika, and garlic powder.

    Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.

    Dip in flour, then in egg, then in bread crumbs.

    Heat oil 1 min.

    Saute fish 3 min on each side.
