- 1 handful shelled pecans
- Fresh parsley
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. flour
- Paprika
- Garlic powder
- 1 lb. tilapia or other white fish
- Salt & pepper
- Olive oil
Directions

1Pulse bread, pecans and parsley in food processor.

2Whisk egg and milk.

3Mix flour, paprika, and garlic powder.

4Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.

5Dip in flour, then in egg, then in bread crumbs.

6Heat oil 1 min.
