- 1 c. sugar
- 1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. soda crackers, crushed
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Beat egg whites until stiff while adding sugar and baking powder. Fold in crushed soda crackers, pecans and vanilla.

2Pour into greased 9-inch pan and bake at 325° for about 30 minutes. When cool, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with pecans.
