Pecan Delight Pie

   In a large bowl, beat egg whites until frothy.

   Add baking powder.

   Beat until stiff.

   Add sugar, vanilla, pecans and Ritz crackers.

   Pour in greased pie dish.

   Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Mix Cool Whip and Nestle Quik together.

   Spread over cooled pie. Refrigerate.
