Garlic Lemon Broccoli

  • 5 cloves Garlic, Finely Diced
  • 1/4 cups Olive Oil
  • 2 heads Broccoli, Cut Into Bite Sized Pieces
  • 1/3 cups Lemon Juice
  • 1/3 cups Dry White Wine

Directions

    Saute garlic in olive oil in large skillet over medium high heat until lightly browned, about 8-10 minutes. Add chopped broccoli, lemon juice and wine.

    Cover, lower heat to medium and let simmer until broccoli is of desired tenderness, about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. This yields a tender-crisp broccoli. If you prefer the broccoli softer, let it steam for a few minutes longer.
