  • 1 box Quaker Oat Squares
  • 2 c. pecans
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. light Karo syrup
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    Mix together, Quaker Oat Squares & pecans, in a 9 X 13 inch pan.

    Mix rest of ingredients in microwavable bowl and cook to a boil about 2 minutes.
  3. 3
    Pour over oat squares and mix thoroughly. Bake in oven at 250° for 1 hour.
  4. 4
    Stir every 15 minutes.
