  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. heavy cream (Pet milk)
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 c. dark brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 6 oz. chopped pecans

Directions

    Beat the 1/3 cup butter and 1/4 cup sugar. Beat in egg.

    Stir in all-purpose flour. Press into a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

    (Dough may be thin.)

    Cook in oven preheated to 375° for 12 minutes.
