- 3/4 c. butter, softened
- 3/4 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Mix butter and confectioners sugar thoroughly.

3Stir in 1 1/2 cups flour.

4Press mixture evenly into bottom of ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.

5Bake 12 to 15 minutes.

6Mix remaining ingredients, spread over baked layer.

7Bake 20 minutes. Cool, cut into bars.

8Tastes just like pecan pie.
