Ingredients

  • 1 box vanilla wafers
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1/2 box raisins, washed and drained
  • 1 box dates (whole)
  • 1 pt. pecans or more

Directions

    Crush vanilla wafers with rolling pin or blender as fine as possible.

    Add raisins and cut up dates.
  3. 3
    Add milk and pecans. Mix well with hands until everything is moist.

    Do not have any dry ingredients left in mixture.

    Roll logs in powdered sugar. Wrap individual logs in Saran Wrap.

    Store in refrigerator or freezer.

    Makes 6 to 8 logs.
