- 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
- 3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 1 lb. caramels
- 2 1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped
Directions

1Combine marshmallow cream, sugar and the flavoring.

2Gradually knead in the last of the sugar. Shape into 8 rolls 1-inch in diameter.

3Wrap in plastic and put in freezer until candy is very hard.

4Melt caramels in double boiler.

5Keep warm.

6Dip log rolls into caramel.

7Roll in chopped nuts and press them into caramel with your hands.
