  • 1 sm. box powdered sugar
  • 1 jar marshmallow creme
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pkg. caramels
  • 1/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • 3 c. minced pecans

Directions

    Combine first three ingredients and mix well.

    Shape into 4 rolls on waxed paper.

    Heat caramels and evaporated lowfat milk in double boiler, stirring occasionally.

    Pour slowly over each roll.

    Coat with pecans.
