  • 1 egg white
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/3 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Beat egg white very stiff.

    Fold in sugar.

    Add nuts and vanilla.

    Drop by teaspoon on greased baking sheet.

    (I put wax paper and grease it.)

    Bake in slow oven at 300° for 15 to 20 minutes.
