- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1 c. half and half
- 1 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/4 c. white sugar
- 1 1/4 c. dark Karo
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Mix whipping cream and half and half and set aside.

2Bring other ingredients plus one cup of the cream mixture to a rolling boil and add very slowly so mixture does not stop boiling the rest of the cream mixture.

3Boil to soft ball stage (242°).

4Remove from heat and add 2 cups chopped pecans and 2 teaspoons vanilla.

5Pour into buttered cookie sheet.

6Let cool and cut into small squares. Melt in top of double boiler 12 ounces milk chocolate chips and 1/4 pound paraffin.

7Dip into chocolate mixture and place on wax paper.

8Let set until firm.

9Makes approximately 80 to 100 pieces.
