- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon and 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. oil
Directions

1Combine the first 4 ingredients and set aside.

2Mix egg, milk and oil together.

3Pour liquid in middle; stir just until moistened.

4Spoon into muffin pans.

5Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.

6Remove from pans while still warm.
