- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- pinch of salt (optional)
- 3 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1With an electric mixer on medium speed, beat eggs well. Measure 1 tablespoon beaten egg and mix with milk; set aside.

2To remaining beaten eggs, add sugar, flour, salt and pecans.

3Stir with wooden spoon to combine.

4Mixture will be very stiff.

5Dip hands in reserved egg-milk mixture; use hands to spread dough in lightly greased 15 x 11 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.

6Spread dough until smooth.

7The dough is very stiff, but it can be spread out to cover entire sheet.
