- 1 lb. orange roughy fillets
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped pecans
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
- Pam spray
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Spray Pam in shallow baking pan.

3Place fish fillets in pan.

4In small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, garlic and onion powders, black and white pepper and salt; mix well.

5Spoon or brush mixture over the fish.

6To the remaining oil mix, add pecans, Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs; mix well.

7Spoon mixture over fish evenly.

8Bake at 425° for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
