  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
  • 1/2 c. white corn syrup
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Bring to a boil the sugar, butter and corn syrup.

    Beat eggs and add pecans and vanilla.

    Gradually add to sugar mixture.

    Pour into pie shell and bake at 375° for 40 to 45
