- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. dark corn syrup
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. pecan pieces or halves
- 1 (8 or 9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Directions

1In bowl, combine all ingredients except pecans and beat well by hand until thoroughly combined.

2Place pecans in unbaked pie shell and pour liquid ingredients over top.

3Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until set.

4May serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
