- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- pinch of salt
- 3 tsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. pecans, chopped (crushed or whole)
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Melt margarine and allow to cool slightly.

2Add sugar and salt.

3Beat egg until frothy, then add to mixture.

4Add vinegar and vanilla.

6Stir in pecans.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until crust is brown.
