  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. white corn syrup
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 pie crust (uncooked)

Directions

    Combine eggs, sugar, syrup and butter.

    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until butter melts and mixture is steaming. Remove from heat.

    Add vanilla and pecans.

    Mix well.

    Pour into pie crust and bake at 325° until set.
