- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 5 Tbsp. white corn syrup
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 pie crust (uncooked)
Directions

1Combine eggs, sugar, syrup and butter.

2Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until butter melts and mixture is steaming. Remove from heat.

3Add vanilla and pecans.

4Mix well.

5Pour into pie crust and bake at 325° until set.
