- 1 c. clear syrup
- 1/2 c. sugar
- dash of salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 pie crust

1Combine sugar, margarine and eggs, one at a time.

3Add salt, vanilla and syrup.

5Put pecans in crust and pour mixture in crust.

6Bake until done, about 1 1/4 hours at 300°.
