  • 1 c. white corn syrup
  • 1 c. light brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. melted margarine
  • 1 heaping c. chopped pecans
  • 1/3 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 whole eggs, slightly beaten

Directions

    Combine syrup, sugar, salt, margarine and vanilla.

    Mix well. Add eggs and pecans.

    Pour into two 8-inch unbaked pie shells. Bake in preheated 350° oven for approximately 35 to 45 minutes.
